Shipping Information: Once an order has been placed online, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. By accepting/submitting to these terms and conditions you authorize Two Jays Enterprises to select the courier for your products on your behalf. Residents of Canada will have items sent via Canada Post or Fedex. Residents of the United States of America will have items sent via US Post or UPS depending on the dimensions and weight of the product you have ordered.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Two Jays Enterprises - A Division of Norcard Enterprises Ltd. does accept product returns and requests for refunds. However, for both returns and refunds, Two Jays Enterprises must receive the item(s) in the same condition in which they were shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product arrives at Two Jays Enterprises. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred when returning / requesting a refund of product. Once Two Jays Enterprises has received the product we will refund your money with the understanding that all refunds, returns or cancellations are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. Two Jays Enterprises will only issue a refund with the return of the product. Two Jays Enterprises will only reimburse the return of the product not shipping.
Damages & Defects: Unfortunately from time to time an item may arrive damaged. In the event this occurs please contact us at info@twojays.net We kindly ask that you provide us with your order number, item number of the damaged or defective item, a description of the damage or defect and photos. Two Jays will launch a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement. Two Jays does not issue refunds for damaged items.
